Running update...

Running in Nottingham Marathon on 10 September, so did about 18 miles in a lot of pouring rain on Saturday - since the weather has cooled I managed it ok so feeling fine for the marathon - first since 1982, and follows a half ironman triathlon in July this year (in extreme heat...)

Well a human has to be insane to want to run in pouring rain or the scorching sun for fun, but if its for charity it is of course a great thing to do. People might disagree with me on this one but seeing as he is my step-dad i have the right of telling him he is a nutter!!!

But, if Paul wants to run for miles and miles, day after day then no one can stop him. Paul has chosen this as his hobbie and no one can make him stop or make him carry on with it. If he's enjoying it, raising lots of money for charities and keeping fit then he should go for it!!
